Save The Sharks

As the demand for shark fin products surges ahead, around 100 million sharks are slaughtered every year.

This cruel and unreasonable massacre is pushing the great fish to the very edge of extinction – threatening to empty our oceans and destroy marine ecosystems. We believe that everything begins with a single individual and to help spread the word on this very urgent and real cause, an online pledge to stop the consumption of this soup is available online. Our Society will be giving away “after saying ‘I do,’ join us in saying ‘I don’t (eat shark fin soup)’ cards to be displayed at weddings. This will allow them to place cards on each table as a statement of their conviction and take the opportunity to spread the word.
