1. Photo Specifications

• Color Mode: RGB
• File Format: JPG (we do not process RAW or TIFF files)
• JPG Compression: High Quality (low compression)
• Dimensions: If possible 14"/35cm/4100px in the longest dimension (regardless of whether it is a portrait or landscape image).

2. File Names

• Include your submission number in the file name. You can find the submission number in your confirmation email.
• Please dont use special characters (eg. ?, /, !, $)

Example: 12345_tiger_india.jpg

3. Submission

1. Prefered: Use the "Direct Upload" function below
2. Or send the files via yousendit.com or mailbigfile.com to ags(at)asiangeographic.org
3. Or contact us to get FTP access to our server for uploading your photos.

Please note: For environmental reasons, the preferred method of entry is electronically. However, if this method is not possible due to slow/limited internet connection, you can physically submit your images on CD to:
