Photo Release Agreement

PHOTO PERMISSION FOR USE OF SUBMITTED PHOTOS IN AGS HUMANITARIAN IMAGERY PHOTO-BOOK AND PERMISSION TO REFERENCE PHOTOGRAPHER IN MEDIA

By submitting photo(s) to the ASIAN Geographic SOCIETY for use in the AGS Humanitarian Imagery Photo-Book, You hereby give permission to the ASIAN Geographic SOCIETY (AGS) or its affiliate(s) to use the submitted photos, if they so choose, in the AGS Humanitarian Imagery Photo-Book,

You acknowledge and agree that AGS or its affiliates may publish the above photos without prior review by You. Such images of the Photo-Book may be used worldwide for so long as AGS shall decide. Additionally, you agree that AGS or its affiliates may use the submitted photo(s) in promotions of the Photo-Book, and may also use images of You, whether submitted by You or taken by AGS, and also information about You as the photographer. Such exposure of the submitted photo(s), photos of You, and/or information about you may include, but shall not be limited to: (i) paper, including but not limited to trade publications and newsletters (ii) video and DVD, (iii) electronic media including the Internet, and online services, (iv) presentations, including, but not limited to Forums, and PowerPoint presentations, whether in person, or online, (v) and any other media whether existing currently, or yet to be invented, as AGS shall decide. This permission shall be construed to allow AGS and/or its affiliates full use of the information in the broadest sense. AGS shall also have the right to republish and translate the information into all languages at the sole discretion of AGS.

This permission shall include the right for AGS to use any accompanying photos submitted by You, or taken by AGS that may include Your images. You warrant that You are the copyright owner or have the legal right to give AGS the permissions stated in this Agreement, and that by so doing, no third party rights will be violated.

You understand that no payment will be paid to You now or in the future for any use of the photos/ information.

In the event of any inaccuracies, You agree that damages shall be limited to AGS or its affiliate(s) publishing a correction of the inaccurate information as early as practicable in the same format as the original mis-quotation.

The undersigned declares that he/she has the authority to grant this permission and that such permission is granted without limit and in perpetuity (no end date).
